We, Progressive GE, are working with our client, biggest international Oil & Gas company to source Service Engineers for permanent positions in Moscow and Nizhnevartovsk.

Requirements:
• Master degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Understanding of electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics is required;
• 1 years + experience in a related field desired. IT and instrumentation fields knowledge is advantage
• Hands-on field service experience is preferred;
• English language: intermediate+. Higher level is advantage;
• Organising, Action Oriented, Drive for Results, Customer Focus;
• Willingness to travel within Russia and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
• Equipment installation and commissioning
• Repair, maintenance and upgrade the equipment
• Provide customer technical support
• Work at workshop: testing, repairing and commissioning of the equipment
• Work at warehouse as required
• Contribute to defining problems and issues. Provide feedbacks to management and factory
• Build strong relationships with customer’s representatives during field work
• Provide training to customers as required
• Identify customer technical requirements and make recommendations to customers on spare parts stock and critical spare list
• Report and communicate with Service Management and head office
• Work at the office: technical documents translations, create manuals, equipment passports, provide technical support to sales team members with proposals, equipment certification issues, etc.
• Responsible for ensuring own health and safety
• Be on “call” out of hours as and when required
• Offshore work as and when required
• Take active role in personal professional development
• Office working hours 9am – 6pm. Field working day lasts 12 hours.
